Terms of Service – $5 Client Engine Fast Track.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which Funnel Bandits ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") agrees to deliver marketing and advertising services to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By enrolling in the $5 Client Engine program and paying the initial fee, you agree to the following:

1. Definitions;

• "$5 Client Engine Fast Track" refers to the package of creative and advertising services described in this Agreement.

• "Deliverables" include, but are not limited to, the VSL script, ad copy, ad creatives, core offer page, email sequence, AI Launchpad tool, and 30-day ad management.

• "New Client" refers to a paying customer of your core offer (minimum $3,500+) acquired through campaigns we create and manage.

2. Scope of Services

Provider agrees to deliver the following custom services and materials to Client:

• Current Process Review – A structured review of Client’s existing process for delivering services, followed by documentation and positioning of that process as a unique methodology.

• Offer Restructuring – Written recommendations and revised positioning for Client’s core offer.

• Video Sales Letter (VSL) Script – A written sales script of approximately 6–10 minutes in length, designed to be recorded by Client and used as a sales video for Client’s buyer generation funnel.

• Advertising Copywriting – Paid advertising copy suitable for use on the Meta platform. The number of variations will be determined by Provider based on performance requirements.

• Advertising Creative Concepts – Creative concepts (e.g., image, video script outline, or carousel text layouts) intended to be paired with the advertising copy. The number of variations will be determined by Provider based on performance requirements.

• Core Sales Page Copy – Written copy for one sales or landing page designed to sell Client’s core offer, provided in text format for use in funnel-building software.

• Email Sequence – A sequence of 7 marketing emails (to be delivered over 14 days) written to nurture leads and encourage conversion into Client’s core offer.

• AI Tool Configuration – Setup of one GPT-powered AI tool customized to Client’s process and offer, configured to deliver a personalized plan or output to prospects.

• Advertising Campaign Management – Setup and management of ad campaigns in Client’s advertising account for a period of 30 days, including optimization of targeting, copy, and budget allocation.

3. Payment Terms

• Initial Fee: $1,900 is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable.

• Balance: $5,100 is payable via a Pay-As-You-Profit model: you agree to remit 50% of collected revenue from each new client enrolled until the balance is paid in full.

• Payments are due within 5 business days of each new client sale. You must provide accurate sales reporting or grant us access to verify.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate information regarding your offer and business.

• Grant necessary ad account and platform access within 72 hours of request.

• Implement deliverables into your funnel/template as instructed.

• Promptly communicate with our team when clarification or approvals are required.

5. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or outcomes. While our systems are designed to maximize performance, results vary depending on niche, market conditions, and client execution. However, as part of the Pay-As-You-Profit model, Provider agrees to continue working with Client at no additional cost beyond the Initial Fee until Client has enrolled at least four (4) new paying clients within the first 30 days of launch.

"Working with Client" under this clause is limited to continuing campaign management and optimization efforts until the milestone of four (4) new clients has been reached. This obligation does not include services outside the Scope of Services defined in Section 2.

6. Refund Policy

There are no refunds for the Initial Fee, as intellectual property and custom creative work are delivered immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, frameworks, and deliverables remain the property of Funnel Bandits until the full balance is paid.

• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables in your business.

• You may not resell, distribute, or share our proprietary frameworks, templates, or methods outside your business.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability to you will not exceed the total fees paid under this Agreement.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Termination

• We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to pay, breach material terms, or refuse to cooperate.

• Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration under New York law. Arbitration shall be conducted remotely (e.g., via online proceedings such as Zoom) unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
  
  

• Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve via mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, proposals, or agreements.

By enrolling in the $5 Client Engine Fast Track and paying the Initial Fee, you agree to these Terms of Service.
